A 49 year old male was referred by his GDP regarding a 3-5mm firm round flat lesion on his left dorsum of tongue. The patient had been unaware of the lesion but reported occasional soreness.
The patient underwent an excisional biopsy of the lesion (click on link below).

CLINICAL DETAILS
A 55 year old female presented with a largely asymptomatic lump in her upper lip.The patient was fit and well, with no known drug allergies. Examination revealed a well defined, firm submucosal lump in the upper right lip. The overlying mucosa had an essentially normal colour and there was no evidence of erythema, ulceration or induration (see image below).
The patient underwent an excisional biopsy of the lesion (click on link below).

50 year old female presented with an asymptomatic polypoid lesion in the left cheek adjacent to a sharp tooth. The clinical impression was that of a fibroepithelial polyp. (see clinical image below).

CLINICAL DETAILS
A 55 year old man was referred to the local OMFS unit regarding an expansile lesion affecting his right mandible. CT scans showed a multilocular radiolucency of the posterior right mandible. The lesion was well defined and partly corticated, and partly encorporated the crown of the LR8 tooth. Root resorption of the LR6 and LR7 was noted (see images below). The patient was fit and well, with no known drug allergies.

CLINICAL DETAILS
A 9 year old boy presented with a well circumscribed soft tissue lesion in the right maxilla. Radiogrpahic imaging showed a 1.5cm x 2cm radiolucency distal to the URE, preventing eruption of the UR6 (see OPT image below).
The patient underwent enucleation of the lesion (click on link below).

CLINICAL DETAILS
A 70 year old female presented with erythematous lesions circumferentially around the labial mucosa (see photos below). The patient occasionally experienced soreness and stinging in the affected area.

CLINICAL DETAILS
A 52 year old man presents with diffuse areas of thickened white patches in his mouth which do not rub off, particularly affecting both buccal mucosa (see images below).
The patient is under the care of a dermatologist for excessive thickened skin on the soles of his feet, and for thickening of the finger and toenails.

Clinical History
An 83 year old male patient presents with a large mid-facial mass involving the palate, maxillary antrum and Ethmoids (see MRI images below).
The patient had a previous history of Pleomorphic Adenoma involving the palate.
